The Piano Hinge is a full-length continuous hinge designed to provide uniform load distribution and smooth, consistent pivoting action along the entire length of the joined components. Manufactured from 304-grade stainless steel and supplied in a standard length of 1800mm, this piano hinge delivers reliable performance and a clean, professional finish suited to a broad range of structural and architectural applications.

As clearly visible in the product image, the piano hinge presents the characteristic elongated, narrow profile that defines continuous hinge design. The hinge consists of two flat leaf plates running the full 1800mm length, joined along their centre by a continuous knuckle and pin mechanism. This full-length barrel and pin construction ensures that load and stress are distributed evenly across the entire hinge length rather than concentrated at individual fixing points, providing superior strength and stability compared to standard butt hinges.
