The Double Bolted Pipe Clamp is a stainless steel pipe fixing clamp designed to secure standard nominal bore pipe to a support structure such as a wall bracket, beam, unistrut channel, or structural framework using two bolt fasteners positioned at opposite sides of the clamp opening to provide a balanced, even, and vibration-resistant clamping force around the full pipe circumference. As clearly shown in the image, the fitting presents a curved stainless steel band that wraps around the pipe outside diameter, with a bolt, nut, and washer assembly visible at each end of the band one on the left and one on the right of the clamp opening both drawing the two band ends together simultaneously to clamp the band firmly and evenly around the pipe body and secure it against the mounting surface or bracket below.
Supplied in 2B Finish and manufactured in Grade 304 stainless steel, the range covers twelve nominal bore pipe sizes from 15NB (1/2") through to 200NB (8"), including 15NB, 20NB, 25NB, 32NB, 40NB, 50NB, 65NB, 80NB, 100NB, 127NB, 150NB, and 200NB. The clamp inside diameter is matched to the outside diameter of each corresponding nominal bore pipe size, ensuring a consistent, close-fitting engagement with the pipe wall across the full range.
Unlike the tube clamp range, which is sized to tube outside diameters, the double bolted pipe clamp is specifically dimensioned to match standard nominal bore pipe outside diameters as defined by Australian and international pipe dimensional standards, making it the correct fixing clamp for process piping, water piping, gas lines, and other standard NB pipe installations. The dual-bolt clamping action provides superior resistance to axial movement, lateral displacement, and vibration-induced loosening compared to single-bolt alternatives, making this clamp well-suited to industrial process piping, infrastructure, and marine pipe support applications. The 2B finish and Grade 304 construction deliver reliable corrosion resistance across general industrial and outdoor service environments.
