Double Bolted Tube Clamp

The Double Bolted Tube Clamp is a stainless steel tube fixing clamp designed to secure a round tube to a support structure at any point along the tube length, using two bolt fasteners positioned at opposite sides of the clamp body to provide a balanced, secure, and vibration-resistant grip around the tube outside diameter. As clearly shown in the image, the fitting presents a single-piece curved band that wraps around the tube circumference, open at the top where the two ends of the band meet with a bolt, nut, and washer assembly visible at each end of the band, one on the left and one on the right of the clamp opening. Tightening both bolts simultaneously draws the two band ends together, clamping the band firmly around the tube and securing it against the mounting surface or bracket below the clamp body.

Supplied in 2B Finish and manufactured in Grade 304 stainless steel, the range covers tube outside diameter sizes from 12.7mm through to 254mm across thirteen sizes 12.7mm, 19.05mm, 25.4mm, 31.75mm, 38.1mm, 50.8mm, 63.5mm, 76.2mm, 101.6mm, 127mm, 152.4mm, 203.2mm, and 254mm providing comprehensive coverage across small-bore precision tube through to very large-diameter structural and process tube applications. The range is offered in two configurations: Plain available across all thirteen sizes and H/Duty (Heavy Duty), which is available at 101.6mm only, providing an enhanced structural specification for that specific size where elevated clamping force and load capacity are required.

The dual-bolt clamping action of this fitting distributes the holding force evenly on both sides of the tube, providing superior resistance to axial movement, lateral displacement, and vibration-induced loosening compared to single-bolt alternatives. The 2B finish stainless steel band is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, making these clamps suitable for architectural, industrial, food processing, and general tube support applications.
