Plain Tube Clamp

The Plain Tube Clamp is a stainless steel single-bolt tube fixing clamp designed to secure a round tube to a support structure at any point along the tube length using a simple, compact single-fastener design that provides a clean, low-profile fixing with minimal visible hardware. As clearly shown in the image, the fitting presents a curved stainless steel band that wraps around the tube circumference, the two ends of the band meeting at a single point where a bolt and nut assembly, clearly visible on the right side of the fitting, draws the band ends together to clamp the band around the tube. A small loop or hook feature is visible at the top of the band on the left side, which forms the hinge or pivot point of the clamp opposite the single bolt fastener, allowing the clamp to open for tube insertion and then close and tighten around the tube with a single bolt movement.

Supplied in 2B Finish and manufactured in Grade 304 stainless steel, the range covers nine tube outside diameter sizes: 12.7mm, 19.05mm, 25.4mm, 31.75mm, 38.1mm, 50.8mm, 63.5mm, 76.2mm, and 101.6mm, spanning the small to large bore tube range most commonly used in handrail, architectural, and general tube support applications.

The plain tube clamp is the most straightforward and compact of the tube clamp range, with its single-bolt design making it quick to install, adjust, and remove with minimal tooling. The plain band profile with no bosses, flanges, or secondary attachment features gives it a clean, unobtrusive appearance suited to architectural and visible tube installations where minimal hardware visibility is preferred. The 2B finish stainless steel construction provides reliable corrosion resistance for indoor and outdoor tube support applications. Grade 304 delivers excellent durability across general commercial, industrial, and architectural service environments.
