Tube Saddle

The Tube Saddle is a stainless steel tube support fitting that cradles a round tube from above in a close-fitting curved profile, securing it against a flat mounting surface using two fixing bolts positioned on flat tabs at each side of the saddle base. As clearly and immediately shown in the image photographed from a front-facing angle that presents the complete saddle profile in full view, the fitting presents a smooth, arch-shaped curved band at the top that sweeps over the tube in a consistent semicircular arc, transitioning at each lower end into a flat, horizontal fixing tab with a single clearance hole for a bolt or screw. The two flat tabs extend symmetrically outward to the left and right from the base of the arch, sitting flat against the mounting surface and providing a stable, two-point fixing arrangement that secures both the saddle and the tube it supports firmly to the substrate below. The smooth 2B finish stainless steel surface of the arch is consistent and clean across the full curved profile.

Supplied in 2B Finish and manufactured in Grade 304 stainless steel, the range covers seven tube outside diameter sizes 19.05mm, 25.4mm, 31.75mm, 38.1mm, 50.8mm, 63.5mm, and 76.2mm spanning the small to medium bore tube range most commonly used in handrail support, pipe mounting, and general tube fixing applications across architectural, industrial, and food service environments.

The saddle design differs fundamentally from enclosed clamps in that the tube is held within the curved arch from above rather than being fully enclosed, the arch bearing down on the top of the tube while the fixing bolts through the flat base tabs hold the saddle against the mounting surface, pinching the tube securely between the arch and the surface below. This makes tube saddles quick to install and remove, requiring only the loosening of two fixing bolts to release the tube without dismantling an enclosed clamp body. The 2B finish and Grade 304 stainless steel provide reliable corrosion resistance for general indoor, outdoor, and light industrial tube support applications.
