The Table D & E Flange – Tube / Pipe is a stainless steel flat plate flange manufactured to comply with both the Australian Standard Table D and Table E pressure rating and dimensional standards, providing a single robust flange specification suitable for piping systems operating under both low and elevated pressure ratings across the full range of tube and pipe outside diameters. As shown in exceptional detail in the image, a large, close-up, elevated-angle photograph of a single substantial flange filling most of the frame, the fitting presents a thick, flat circular plate with a wide satin-finished face, a large central bore, and eight evenly spaced countersunk bolt holes arranged in a precise circular pattern around the plate face. The significant plate thickness is clearly evident at the flange edge, visible in the lower portion of the image, confirming the heavier section that characterises the dual-rated Table D & E specification over a lighter Table D-only flange. Material identification text is clearly visible, stamped into the flat plate face near the central bore, confirming grade, tube dimension, and product traceability markings consistent with certified, quality-assured stainless steel flange products.

Supplied in Satin Finish and available in both Grade 304 and Grade 316 stainless steel, the range covers twelve tube outside diameter sizes 19.05mm, 25.4mm, 31.75mm, 38.1mm, 50.4mm, 63.5mm, 76.2mm, 101.4mm, 127mm, 152.4mm, 203.2mm, and 254mm providing full size coverage across the standard tube and pipe outside diameters used in Australian process, water, HVAC, and industrial piping systems.

The dual Table D & E compliance of this flange allows a single flange product to satisfy the requirements of both Australian table rating standards without requiring engineers to specify and stock two separate flange products for different pressure class requirements. The flange is welded to the tube or pipe end with the bore matched to the tube’s outside diameter. Grade 304 serves general water, HVAC, and industrial process applications, while Grade 316 with molybdenum provides the superior chloride and chemical corrosion resistance required for food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical, marine, and coastal installations where long-term material integrity is essential.
