The Table D & E Flange – Tube / Pipe is a stainless steel flat plate flange manufactured to comply with both the Australian Standard Table D and Table E pressure and dimensional ratings, providing a single robust flange product suitable for both standard rating systems across the complete range of tube and pipe outside diameters. As shown in outstanding detail in the image — a close-up, elevated-angle photograph of a single large-diameter flange that dominates the full frame, the fitting presents a thick, substantial circular plate with a wide, flat satin-finished face, a large central bore, and eight evenly spaced countersunk bolt holes distributed in a precise circular pattern around the full face of the plate. The considerable plate thickness is clearly visible at the flange edge, reflecting the heavier section required to satisfy the Table E higher-pressure rating in addition to the Table D standard. Material identification text is clearly stamped or etched into the flat face of the flange near the central bore visible in the image, confirming the material grade, tube size, and product traceability markings that are characteristic of this quality-assured flange product.
Supplied in Satin Finish and available in both Grade 304 and Grade 316 stainless steel, the range covers twelve tube outside diameter sizes 19.05mm, 25.4mm, 31.75mm, 38.1mm, 50.4mm, 63.5mm, 76.2mm, 101.4mm, 127mm, 152.4mm, 203.2mm, and 254mm providing full coverage of the standard tube and pipe sizes used across Australian process, water, HVAC, and industrial piping systems.
The dual Table D & E compliance eliminates the need to stock two separate flange specifications for systems that must satisfy either or both Australian table ratings, simplifying procurement and inventory management for engineers and project managers. The flange is welded to the tube or pipe end during fabrication, with the central bore matched to the tube outside diameter. Grade 304 is specified for water, HVAC, and general industrial process applications, while Grade 316 with molybdenum is the standard specification for food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical, marine, and coastal piping installations requiring superior corrosion resistance and long-term material performance.
