The Flush Joiner 45 Deg is a stainless steel handrail direction change fitting that creates a precise 45-degree corner in a handrail run while maintaining a flush, continuous external profile at the direction change point. As clearly and vividly shown in the image photographed from a straight-on angle that presents the full geometry of the fitting in sharp detail, the fitting body angles through a clean 45-degree change of direction from the inlet tube end on the left to the outlet tube end on the right, with both open tube bores facing directly toward the viewer and the angular body of the fitting clearly visible between them. The highly reflective mirror finish of the fitting produces strong, clear surface reflections across both the angled faces and the curved exterior of the fitting body, and two circumferential retention grooves are clearly visible near each tube end, the channels that engage the internal fixing mechanism securing the fitting within the bores of both connecting handrail tube sections.

Currently available in a 50mm tube outside diameter, supplied in Mirror Finish and Grade 316 stainless steel. The mirror polish delivers a bright, premium reflective surface that is consistent with mirror-polished handrail tube and associated fittings, ensuring a cohesive, high-specification surface appearance throughout the handrail system at every direction change point.

The 45-degree geometry creates a half-right-angle direction change that is used wherever a handrail must turn through a 45-degree plan angle at angled wall returns, diagonal stair layouts, and corner configurations where the building geometry is 45 degrees rather than 90 degrees. The concealed internal joiner mechanism maintains the smooth, uninterrupted exterior profile of the handrail tube through the full 45-degree direction change, with no visible hardware, weld lines, or external projections disrupting the clean surface of the assembled handrail. Grade 316 stainless steel provides superior chloride corrosion resistance for demanding outdoor, coastal, marine, and pool surround handrail installations.
