Flush Joiner 90 Deg Tee

The Flush Joiner 90 Deg Tee is a stainless steel handrail three-way junction fitting that creates a T-shaped connection point in a handrail run, joining a perpendicular branch tube at 90 degrees to a continuous main rail while maintaining a flush, continuous external profile at the junction with no visible internal hardware or external projections on the assembled handrail. As shown with exceptional clarity in the image photographed from a front-elevated angle that presents all three tube connection ends simultaneously, the fitting presents a compact, three-way body with the main run tube connections facing directly left and right across the horizontal axis and the perpendicular branch outlet rising vertically upward from the centre of the fitting body. All three open tube bores face directly toward the viewer at their respective angles, and the circumferential retention grooves are clearly visible near each of the three tube connection ends, the channels that engage the internal fixing mechanism to secure the fitting within the bores of all three connecting handrail tube sections. The highly reflective mirror finish produces strong surface reflections across the compact, curved body of the tee fitting.

Currently available in a 50mm tube outside diameter, supplied in Mirror Finish and Grade 316 stainless steel. The mirror finish provides the bright, premium reflective surface quality required for high-specification architectural handrail systems where mirror-polished tube and fittings are used throughout, and the visual quality of every junction detail, including tee connections,  contributes to the overall impression of the completed installation.

The 90-degree tee configuration is used wherever a secondary handrail run must branch off perpendicularly from a continuous main rail at intermediate landing platforms, cross-access walkways, and perimeter rail junctions without interrupting the main rail or creating visible hardware at the junction. The concealed internal joiner mechanism maintains the smooth, uninterrupted exterior profile of all three tube sections at the tee junction. Grade 316 provides superior corrosion resistance for outdoor, coastal, marine, and pool surround handrail installations.
