The Ferrule Clamp is a robust and reliable pipe joining component designed to secure and fasten ferrule union connections in hygienic and industrial piping systems. Manufactured from 304-grade stainless steel, this clamp delivers consistent clamping performance, corrosion resistance, and durability, making it a dependable fastening solution for food processing, pharmaceutical, dairy, beverage, and other process industry piping applications where quick-release pipe connections are required.
As clearly visible in the product image, the ferrule clamp consists of two hinged semi-circular clamp arms that wrap around the outer profile of the ferrule union connection, drawing the two ferrule faces together firmly when the clamp is tightened. At one end of the clamp, the two arms are joined by a hinge pin that allows the clamp to open and close around the ferrule joint. At the opposite end, a threaded fastening mechanism comprising a wing nut-style bolt and corresponding lug is clearly visible, providing the tightening point that draws the clamp arms together and applies consistent clamping pressure around the full circumference of the ferrule joint. This design allows the clamp to be quickly and easily tightened or released by hand or with minimal tooling, supporting efficient pipeline assembly, disassembly, and cleaning procedures.
The inner profile of the clamp arms is shaped to engage precisely with the angled outer faces of the ferrule fittings, ensuring accurate alignment and even compression of the sealing gasket between the ferrule faces to achieve a secure and leak-free connection.
The Ferrule Clamp is available across a comprehensive range of sizes 12–19mm, 25–38mm, 51mm, 63mm, 76mm, 101mm, 127mm, 152mm, and 203mm, ensuring compatibility with the full range of standard ferrule union diameters used across hygienic and industrial piping installations.
304-grade stainless steel provides reliable corrosion resistance and durability suited to demanding process environments.
