Welded Mesh

The Welded Mesh is a stainless steel grid panel product formed by welding individual wires at every intersection point to create a rigid, dimensionally stable mesh with precise, uniform apertures. Each panel measures 1200mm × 2400mm, providing a generous sheet size suited to a wide range of infill, screening, filtration, and structural panel applications. The welded construction, as opposed to woven mesh, ensures that each wire crossing is permanently fused, giving the panel consistent flatness, aperture accuracy, and resistance to distortion under load or handling.
Available in Grade 304 and Grade 316 stainless steel, the mesh is offered in four aperture and wire diameter configurations. The 25 × 25 × 3 configuration, a 25mm square aperture with 3mm wire, provides a fine, compact grid suited to security screens, infill panels, animal enclosures, and architectural feature panels. The 25 × 50 × 3 configuration offers a rectangular aperture that allows greater open area while maintaining the same 3mm wire diameter, making it well-suited to ventilation grilles, drainage covers, and decorative screening applications. The 50 × 50 × 3 configuration provides a larger square aperture with the same 3mm wire, balancing open area with structural rigidity for shelving, safety guards, and general mesh panel applications. The 50 × 50 × 5 configuration available in Grade 304 only uses a heavier 5mm wire diameter with the 50mm square aperture, delivering significantly greater structural strength and load-bearing capability for heavy-duty industrial flooring, platform infill, and reinforcement applications.
Grade 304 covers all four configurations, while Grade 316, with its molybdenum content for superior chloride corrosion resistance, is available in the three 3mm wire options. Both grades deliver excellent corrosion resistance, hygienic surface properties, and long service life across indoor and outdoor installations.
