Disc Foot M16

The Disc Foot M16 is a stainless steel adjustable levelling foot designed to support and level tube frame legs, equipment stands, benches, and furniture structures on floor surfaces. As clearly shown in the image, the fitting consists of two distinct components: a flat, circular disc base plate at the bottom with evenly spaced fixing holes around its perimeter, and a long M16 externally threaded stem rising vertically from the centre of the disc. The threaded stem engages with a matching internally threaded insert or weld nut fitted into the base of the tube leg above, allowing the height of the disc foot to be adjusted by rotating the stem up or down to compensate for floor unevenness and achieve a perfectly level structure.

Available in Grade 304 stainless steel, the range is offered in four configurations combining two disc diameters with two stem lengths. The 50mm disc is available with stem lengths of 70mm and 105mm, providing a compact footprint suited to lighter-duty or space-constrained frame applications. The 65mm disc is available with the same stem lengths of 70mm and 105mm, offering a larger bearing footprint that distributes the frame load over a wider floor contact area, beneficial for heavier structures or softer floor surfaces where load spreading is important.

The two stem length options, 70mm and 105mm, provide different ranges of height adjustment and standoff above the floor, with the 105mm stem offering greater adjustment travel for use on more significantly uneven surfaces or where additional clearance beneath the frame is required for cleaning or ventilation purposes.

The circular disc base and smooth stainless steel surfaces are easy to clean and maintain, while the fixing holes around the disc perimeter allow the foot to be permanently anchored to the floor if required. Grade 304 construction ensures reliable corrosion resistance for indoor commercial, hospitality, and light industrial frame applications.
