Nylon Adjustable Foot

The Nylon Adjustable Foot is a black nylon levelling and support fitting designed to be inserted into the open end of a square tube leg, providing height-adjustable support for tube frames, furniture, benches, and equipment stands while protecting floor surfaces from scratching, marking, or damage. As clearly shown in the image, two components are presented side by side on the left: the outer nylon body with a central circular bore that fits into the tube end, and on the right, the inner adjustable plug or stem with a solid cylindrical base that contacts the floor. Together, these two components form the complete adjustable foot assembly, with the inner stem threading or pressing into the outer body to provide the height adjustment function.

The square external profile of the outer nylon body is designed to fit snugly inside the bore of a square tube leg, with the body walls engaging the inner faces of the tube to prevent rotation and hold the foot securely in position without the need for adhesive or mechanical fasteners. The inner adjustable stem can be raised or lowered relative to the outer body by rotating it within the assembly, enabling fine height adjustment to level the frame on uneven floor surfaces a practical and tool-free levelling solution for furniture assembly and installation.

Available in Black Nylon in two sizes, 25mm and 32mm, corresponding to the internal bore dimensions of standard square tube sizes used in furniture and light frame construction. The 25mm size suits a square tube with a 25mm bore, while the 32mm size fits the next common square tube dimension.

The nylon material is non-marking and non-scratching on floor surfaces, including timber, vinyl, ceramic tile, and polished concrete, protecting the floor finish from damage during use. The black colour provides a discreet, unobtrusive appearance at the base of the tube leg, consistent with the understated aesthetic of contemporary commercial and residential furniture and frame systems.
