The Sealing Flange is a stainless steel flat plate fitting designed to conceal the gap and provide a clean, finished appearance at the point where a tube passes through a wall, floor, ceiling, or mounting surface. As clearly shown in the image, the fitting presents a large circular flat plate with a central aperture sized to fit over the tube’s outside diameter, and a series of evenly spaced fixing holes positioned around the outer perimeter of the plate for securing the flange flush against the mounting surface. The broad, flat disc face sits cleanly against the surrounding surface, covering the tube penetration point and presenting a smooth, continuous stainless steel face around the tube that conceals any rough edges, gaps, or fixing hardware at the penetration point.

Supplied in Satin Finish and available exclusively in Grade 316 stainless steel, the range covers tube outside diameter sizes of 12.7mm, 19.05mm, 25.4mm, 31.75mm, 38.1mm, 50.8mm, 63.5mm, 76.2mm, 101.6mm, 150mm, and 203.2mm spanning from small-bore tube through to large-diameter tube penetrations across the full range of sizes commonly encountered in architectural, structural, and process tube installations.

The fixing holes visible around the plate perimeter allow the sealing flange to be screwed or bolted directly to the wall or floor surface, holding it firmly in position and preventing it from sliding or rotating around the tube during use or cleaning. This secure fixing arrangement is particularly important in high-traffic, wet, or vibration-exposed environments where an unfixed cover plate could shift and expose the penetration gap beneath.

The satin finish and Grade 316 stainless steel construction ensure long-term corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and a consistent, refined appearance at every tube penetration point, making these flanges well-suited to architectural handrail installations, food processing facilities, marine structures, and coastal or pool surround environments where surface quality and durability are equally important.
