Lug Foot M16

The Lug Foot M16 is a stainless steel adjustable levelling foot designed to support and level tube frame legs, equipment stands, and furniture structures on floor surfaces, featuring a compact rectangular lug base plate rather than the circular disc profile of the standard disc foot. As clearly shown in the image, the fitting consists of a narrow, elongated rectangular lug base at the bottom with a single fixing hole positioned at the far end of the lug and a long M16 externally threaded stem rising vertically from the inner end of the lug base. The threaded stem engages with a matching internally threaded insert or weld nut in the base of the tube leg, allowing the height of the lug foot to be adjusted by rotating the stem up or down to level the frame on uneven floor surfaces.

Available in Grade 304 stainless steel, the range is offered in two configurations: 70mm Lug Foot × 70mm and 105mm Lug Foot × 105mm, where the first dimension refers to the lug base length and the second to the threaded stem length. The matching lug and stem dimensions in each configuration reflect a balanced proportional design, with the shorter 70mm × 70mm version suited to compact, lower-profile frame applications and the longer 105mm × 105mm version providing greater height adjustment range and a longer base for use in taller frame assemblies or on more significantly uneven surfaces.

The narrow rectangular lug profile is the key design distinction of this foot, significantly more compact in footprint than a disc foot, making the lug foot well-suited to installations where space beneath the frame is limited, where the foot must fit within a defined channel or track, or where a slimmer, less obtrusive base profile is preferred aesthetically. The single fixing hole on the lug allows the foot to be permanently anchored to the floor if required. Grade 304 construction ensures reliable corrosion resistance for indoor commercial, hospitality, and light industrial applications.
