Flush Joiner 90 Deg Adjustable

The Flush Joiner 90 Deg Adjustable is a stainless steel handrail direction change fitting that provides an adjustable angle connection between two handrail tube sections, allowing the angle to be set and locked at any position within the fitting’s adjustment range during installation. As clearly and distinctively shown in the image, which presents the fitting from a three-quarter angle in exceptional detail, the fitting consists of two cylindrical tube connection bodies, one on each side, connected by a central ball-and-socket joint mechanism. The central ball element is highly prominent and immediately visible as a large, smooth, spherical component positioned between the two tube connection ends, its highly reflective mirror-polished surface producing strong reflections across its curved face. The ball-and-socket mechanism allows the two tube connection ends to be pivoted relative to each other in any direction within the adjustment range, with the angle locked by tightening the clamping mechanism around the ball once the desired geometry is achieved. Circumferential retention grooves are visible on both tube connection ends, and fixing screws are visible on the outer face of each end body.

Supplied in Mirror Finish and available in Grade 316 stainless steel at 38mm and 50mm tube outside diameters, the flush joiner 90 deg adjustable is the most versatile and installation-flexible of the flush joiner direction change range, capable of accommodating virtually any angle rather than being fixed at a predetermined geometry.
