Table D Tube Flange

The Table D Tube Flange – Tube / Pipe is a stainless steel flat plate flange manufactured to the Australian Standard Table D pressure rating and dimensional standard, designed to create a bolted, gasketed connection at the end of a stainless steel tube or pipe. As clearly shown in the image — where two flanges of different sizes are presented side by side, providing an excellent comparative view — each fitting presents a flat, circular disc plate with a central bore through which the tube or pipe passes and is welded, and a series of evenly spaced countersunk or clearance bolt holes arranged in a regular pattern around the outer circumference of the plate face. The larger flange on the left and the smaller on the right demonstrate the consistent flat-plate disc geometry that is maintained across all sizes in the range, with both flanges showing the same smooth satin-finished face and identical bolt hole pattern configuration scaled to their respective plate diameters.

Supplied in Satin Finish and available in both Grade 304 and Grade 316 stainless steel, the range covers twelve tube outside diameter sizes 19.05mm, 25.4mm, 31.75mm, 38.1mm, 50.4mm, 63.5mm, 76.2mm, 101.4mm, 127mm, 152.4mm, 203.2mm, and 254mm providing comprehensive coverage across the standard range of tube and pipe outside diameters used in Australian process, water, HVAC, and industrial tube systems.

The Table D flange is welded to the tube or pipe end during fabrication, with the central bore matched to the tube or pipe outside diameter and the flat face providing the bolted sealing interface. The flat, machined face and accurately drilled bolt hole pattern ensure consistent, reliable bolted joint assembly with matching Table D flanged valves, equipment, and fittings. Grade 304 is specified for general water, HVAC, and industrial applications, while Grade 316 provides superior chloride and chemical resistance for food, pharmaceutical, marine, and coastal installations. The satin finish presents a refined, consistent surface appearance across the installed flange face.
