The Stainless Steel Welded Pipe is a versatile and robust piping solution manufactured from both 304 and 316-grade stainless steel, supplied in standard 6-metre lengths with a mill finish. Designed to meet the demands of a wide range of industrial, structural, and architectural applications, this welded pipe offers reliable performance, consistent dimensional accuracy, and the inherent corrosion resistance associated with high-quality stainless steel.

As clearly shown in the product image, the pipes are presented in a range of diameters, illustrating the extensive size selection available across the product range. The mill finish surface is visible across all pipes, presenting a clean, unpolished appearance typical of pipe supplied directly from the manufacturing process and well-suited to applications where the pipe will be further processed, welded, or installed within concealed or industrial environments.

The pipe is available across a comprehensive range of nominal bore sizes, spanning from NB6 (1/8 inch) through to NB400 (16 inch), with corresponding outside diameters ranging from 10.29mm up to 406.4mm. Wall thickness options are provided across three schedule classifications: SCH10, SCH40, and SCH80, allowing selection of the appropriate wall thickness to suit the specific pressure, load, and application requirements of each project. Heavier schedule classifications provide increased wall thickness and greater pressure-bearing capacity, while lighter schedules offer a more economical solution for lower-demand applications.

The availability of both 304 and 316-grade stainless steel ensures the pipe can be specified to suit the corrosion resistance requirements of the intended environment. 316-grade offers enhanced resistance in marine, coastal, and chemically aggressive settings, while 304-grade provides reliable performance across a broad range of general industrial and architectural applications.
