The Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe is a high-integrity piping product manufactured from 316-grade stainless steel, supplied in standard 6-metre lengths with a mill finish. Distinguished from welded pipe by its seamless construction, this pipe is produced without a weld seam, resulting in a uniform, homogeneous wall structure that offers enhanced strength, pressure resistance, and reliability across demanding applications.

As clearly shown in the product image, the pipe presents a dark, unpolished mill finish surface with a clearly visible thick wall profile at the pipe end. The substantial wall thickness is immediately apparent, reflecting the SCH80 wall classification to which all sizes in this range are supplied. The seamless construction is consistent with the smooth, uninterrupted exterior surface visible in the image, with no weld line or seam present along the pipe body.

The pipe is available across ten nominal bore sizes, ranging from NB10 (3/8 inch) through to NB90 (3 1/2 inch), with outside diameters spanning from 17.15mm up to 101.6mm. All sizes are supplied to a SCH80 wall thickness classification, with wall thicknesses ranging from 3.2mm at the smallest diameter through to 8.08mm at the largest size. The SCH80 wall specification provides a heavy-duty wall thickness suited to high-pressure, high-stress, and structurally demanding applications where pipe integrity and pressure-bearing capacity are critical requirements.

316-grade stainless steel delivers superior corrosion resistance compared to standard grades, with enhanced resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion particularly in chloride-rich, marine, coastal, and chemically aggressive environments.
