The BSP Tee is a precision-engineered pipe fitting designed to create a three-way connection within a BSP threaded piping system, allowing flow to be divided, combined, or branched at a single point. Manufactured from 316-grade stainless steel, this tee fitting delivers outstanding corrosion resistance, reliable threaded engagement, and long-lasting structural integrity, making it a dependable and versatile pipe junction fitting across a wide range of industrial, marine, chemical, and general process piping applications.
As clearly visible in the product image, the tee fitting presents a symmetrical T-shaped body with three female BSP threaded ports, two positioned inline along the horizontal axis and one branching perpendicularly from the centre of the body. All three ports are precisely machined with female BSP internal threads, allowing male threaded pipe ends, nipples, or other male BSP fittings to be connected directly into each port. The smooth, consistent surface finish visible across the fitting body is characteristic of 316-grade stainless steel, reflecting the quality of manufacture and material properties. The equal-bore configuration of the three ports, as visible in the image, indicates that this is an equal tee where all three connections share the same diameter.
The inline ports allow the tee to be installed within an existing run of pipework, while the perpendicular branch port provides a convenient and secure connection point for a branch line, outlet, instrument connection, or additional pipe run branching away from the main pipeline in a direction perpendicular to the primary flow direction.
