The Table D Tube Flange – Tube / Pipe is a stainless steel flat plate flange manufactured to the Australian Standard Table D pressure rating and dimensional standard, providing a bolted, gasketed flanged connection point at the end of a stainless steel tube or pipe for use in water, HVAC, general process, and industrial piping systems across Australia. As clearly shown in the image, where two flanges of distinctly different sizes are displayed side by side, both viewed from a slightly elevated angle that reveals the flat face and the plate edge profile simultaneously, the larger flange on the left and the smaller flange on the right present the same consistent flat-plate disc geometry at their respective scales. Each flange shows a flat, circular disc plate with a central bore, a smooth, satin-finished flat face, and a series of evenly spaced countersunk bolt holes arranged in a regular circular pattern around the plate. The plate edge is clearly visible on both flanges, and the consistent flat face geometry and bolt hole pattern are immediately apparent across both sizes, demonstrating the dimensional consistency maintained throughout the full product range.

Supplied in Satin Finish and available in both Grade 304 and Grade 316 stainless steel, the range covers twelve tube outside diameter sizes 19.05mm, 25.4mm, 31.75mm, 38.1mm, 50.4mm, 63.5mm, 76.2mm, 101.4mm, 127mm, 152.4mm, 203.2mm, and 254mm providing comprehensive coverage of the standard tube and pipe outside diameter range used in Australian process, water, HVAC, and industrial piping installations.

The Table D tube flange is welded to the tube or pipe end, with the central bore matched to the tube outside diameter to ensure a flush, consistent bore transition into the flange body. The accurately drilled bolt hole pattern and precision-flat face ensure reliable, repeatable bolted joint assembly and consistent gasket seating performance with matching Table D flanged valves, equipment, and pipeline fittings. Grade 304 is specified for water, HVAC, and general industrial process applications. Grade 316 with its molybdenum content is specified for food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical, marine, and coastal process piping installations where superior corrosion resistance and long-term material integrity are essential design requirements throughout the service life of the installation.
