FLUSH JOINER ROTATABLE

Mirror Finish – 316 Grade
Size
50mm

The Flush Joiner Rotatable is a stainless steel handrail direction change fitting that provides a fully adjustable, continuously rotatable connection between two handrail tube sections, enabling the angle between the joined tubes to be set to any position within the full rotation range of the fitting on site. As clearly and compellingly shown in the image, where the fitting is photographed at an oblique angle that perfectly demonstrates its articulated, two-part construction, the fitting presents two separate curved body sections joined at a central pivot point, with the inlet tube connection end visible at the lower left and the outlet tube connection end visible at the upper right. The two body sections are clearly distinguishable as separate components meeting at the central joint, and the fitting is shown set at an intermediate angle that is neither 90 degrees nor straight, powerfully illustrating the adjustable, variable-angle capability that defines this product. The highly reflective mirror finish produces strong reflections across all curved surfaces of both body sections, and circumferential retention grooves are visible at each tube connection end.

Currently available in a 50mm tube outside diameter, supplied in Mirror Finish and Grade 316 stainless steel. The mirror finish provides the premium reflective surface quality required for high-specification architectural handrail systems where mirror-polished tube and fittings are used throughout.

The rotatable mechanism at the central pivot point of the two-part body allows the angle between the inlet and outlet tube ends to be continuously adjusted across the full range of the fitting’s rotation, enabling the precise direction change angle to be set and locked on site after the handrail tube sections are positioned. This eliminates the need to pre-determine or pre-fabricate the exact angle of any direction change in the handrail run, making the rotatable flush joiner invaluable on staircases with non-standard rake angles, helical stairs, ramps with varying gradients, and complex architectural handrail layouts where fixed-angle fittings cannot accommodate the required geometry. Grade 316 ensures superior corrosion resistance for all installation environments.
