The Ferrule Clamp Double Bolt is a heavy-duty pipe joining component designed to provide enhanced clamping force and security across ferrule union connections in hygienic and industrial piping systems. Manufactured from 304-grade stainless steel, this double bolt clamp delivers superior clamping performance, reliable corrosion resistance, and robust durability, making it a dependable fastening solution for food processing, pharmaceutical, dairy, beverage, and other process industry applications where additional clamping integrity is required.
As clearly visible in the product image, the clamp features two semi-circular arms that encircle the ferrule union joint, with two bolt fastening points one on each side of the clamp distinguishing it from a standard single bolt ferrule clamp. The two bolts, clearly visible on either side of the clamp body in the image, provide dual tightening points that apply balanced and even clamping pressure symmetrically around the full circumference of the ferrule joint. This dual bolt configuration ensures a more uniform distribution of clamping force compared to a single bolt design, reducing the risk of uneven compression or joint misalignment and delivering a more secure and consistent seal across the ferrule faces. The hinge connecting the two clamp arms is positioned opposite the dual bolt fastening points, allowing the clamp to open fully for straightforward installation and removal around the ferrule connection.
The double bolt design makes this clamp particularly well-suited to larger diameter applications and higher pressure piping systems where a single bolt clamp may not provide sufficient or sufficiently balanced clamping force to maintain a reliable and leak-free seal.
The Ferrule Clamp Double Bolt is available across eight sizes 12–19mm, 25–38mm, 51mm, 63mm, 76mm, 101mm, 127mm, and 152mm ensuring compatibility with a comprehensive range of standard ferrule union diameters used across hygienic and industrial piping installations.
304-grade stainless steel provides reliable corrosion resistance and long-term durability in demanding process environments.
