The 180 Deg Tube Bend range is a family of stainless steel tube fittings that redirect flow through a complete 180-degree reversal of direction, returning the outlet tube parallel to the inlet on the opposite side. As shown in the image, the fitting sweeps in a smooth, continuous U-shaped arc from inlet to outlet, with the consistent curved radius and uninterrupted internal bore characteristic of a precision tube bend. All products in this range are supplied in Satin Finish and Grade 316 stainless steel, offering superior chloride corrosion resistance for food processing, dairy, pharmaceutical, and marine tube system applications.
The standard 180 Deg Tube Bend, with a 1.6mm wall, covers sizes from 19.05mm through to 101.6mm, including 19.05, 25.4, 31.75, 63.5, 76.2, and 101.6mm at a standard 1.6mm wall, and 38.1mm and 50.8mm at a 1.5mm wall as noted. This range suits compact return bends in process tube circuits, heat exchanger coils, and hygienic tube installations where a full 180-degree flow reversal is required within a minimal installation footprint.
The 180-degree tube extended leg bend, with a 1.5mm wall, is available in 38.1mm and 50.8mm and features longer straight tangent sections extending from both ends of the 180-degree arc, providing additional straight tube length on each leg of the bend to facilitate easier connection, positioning, and welding into the surrounding tube circuit.
The 180 Deg Extended Leg 37" Up Bend and 180 Deg Extended Leg 37" Down Bend, both with 1.5mm walls and available in 38.1mm and 50.8mm, are specialised configurations where one extended leg is oriented upward or downward relative to the bend plane at a 37-degree angle. These directional variants allow the outlet leg of the 180-degree bend to be positioned at a defined angular offset, providing installation flexibility in complex tube layouts where the return leg must exit the bend at a specific angle to connect cleanly into the surrounding tube system.
